Saeed is a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, in Orange County, Southern California. He is also fluent in Farsi.

 

Saeed began his career in real estate in 2007 by setting a precedence in understanding his clients' needs and wants to help guide them to achieve their financial goals. He has received several awards and accolades throughout his real estate career; one of which was, "The Circle of Excellence award" by performing in the top 25% of his previous employer's company staff. 

 

Saeed has received alumni statuses from two of the most prestigious schools' in California: Pepperdine University, where he received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Finance, and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he received his Bachelor's degree.​

 

In his career of achieving his clients' goals, he has become acclimated to the intricacies of negotiations, the versatility of the marketplace, and international opportunities found in today's luxury markets. With Saeed's extensive knowledge in understanding the real estate market, finance, underwriting, appraisals, and extensive experience in understanding his clients' needs with the ability to successfully aid his clients in achieving their goals, his goal of helping you achieve your real estate dreams are now possible!
